I personally package and ship each artwork with care from my studio in Manitoba, Canada.
Processing time
Orders are carefully wrapped and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your painting is on its way.
Shipping rates are calculated once the item is placed into the cart.
Packaging
Each painting is packaged with protective materials and sturdy boxes to ensure safe delivery.
Customs and duties
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties charged by their country.
Returns
All original paintings are final sale. If your artwork arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with photos so we can make it right through a repair, replacement, or refund.

All original paintings are final sale. Each piece is unique, and I take care to describe and photograph artworks as accurately as possible. Please look closely at images and details before purchasing.
If your painting arrives damaged in transit, please email me within 7 days at rebekahvictoriastudios@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. I will work with you to repair, replace, or refund the artwork.
Prints & Other Items
Prints and other physical items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos, and I will replace the artwork as soon as possible.
Digital Products
Digital items are delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable.
Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
